My recent art show resulted in my first commission! The only prerequisites I had to go by was that the paintings be both large and colourful.
For the first in a series of three, I decided to try a scenic painting. I usually don't do landscapes, they tend to require a lot of work but (in my mind) don't excite much interest. However I enjoyed working on this one, perhaps because it's nice to work with bright colours for a change.
