Third term produced one major flash assignment. We had to create a DVD menu for a movie of our choice. Our teachers urged us to use the same movie we chose for the DVD cover so it would appear like one big design package. The only difference is my font choice. The font I used on the DVD cover is Trajan, which is joking referred to as Hollywood's font because they use it for so many different movies. The font I used here is Edwardian Script. I actually like Trajan a bit better despite its being overused.
Oh and of course the you can't actually watch the movie with this DVD menu, so don't be surprised that the 'play' button doesn't start the movie. The other buttons work though, test 'em out!
Hours and hours of effort went into this, I have a new respect for DVD menu designers now.
