I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with this piece when I first started. My idea was mainly of experimenting whether a woman could still be beautiful even if she has green skin, (and my answer is 'hell yeah').
I settled on the dryad idea later on when trying to figure out what to do with the tiny background area I'd left myself.
Just for your information:
- a dryad (or nymph) is a tree spirit, specifically of an oak tree.
- I saw the new Star Trek movie AFTER I started this, so no, I'm not copying it. ha. |
